Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery windows are:
United States: 3–7 business days
International: Not available as of now
These are estimated shipping windows and not firm guarantees. Delivery times can vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, Keys to Christ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery at thekeystochrist@gmail.com
with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and, if applicable, arrange a replacement.
Address Changes & Order Adjustments
Because production starts quickly after an order is placed, address changes or cancellations can only be made within 30 minutes of placing your order.
If you realize you entered the wrong shipping address or need to update it, you must email us immediately at thekeystochrist@gmail.com
with the subject line “ADDRESS CHANGE – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include the correct shipping details in the message.
We will do our best to update your order before it enters production. However, if production has already begun or the package has shipped, we will not be able to make any changes. In that case, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to request a delivery intercept or rerouting.
